The Speri winery is immediately associated with two names: Amarone and Valpolicella. In fact, Amarone is certainly the most representative wine of Valpolicella and the visiting card of the precious production of Speri. This winery was born in the second half of the nineteenth century and can therefore boast a truly enviable history and tradition. The experience and the strong rooting to its territory still allow Speri to confirm itself, bottle after bottle, one of the great signatures of the wine produced in Valpolicella. Expertise in the vineyard is certainly the starting point to obtain a great wine: for this reason, Speri only vinifies grapes from its own land, land that is cultivated and respected with an eye always vigilant to the needs and rhythms of nature. Hand harvesting, absence of fertilizers and minimization of phytosanitary are only three details that confirm the foresight and seriousness of this reality. We have already mentioned Amarone Speri, a bottle of absolute value and awarded every year by all the most prestigious guides. But Speri is also dedicated to Recioto, Ripasso, Valpolicella and goes as far as the production of a grappa of Amarone.
