TASTING NOTES.
Color: Ruby red with vivid purplish highlights.
Nose: It is vinous on the nose and characterized by floral violet and fruity cherry scents.
Taste: Medium-bodied in the mouth, it reconfirms the fruitiness perceived on the nose and is easy to drink.
PAIRINGS: It is perfect with pasta, white meats, boiled meats, and typical Mediterranean dishes. Good with Milanese risotto.
FRUITY: Best served at 16/18°C.
VINIFICATION: Maceration for 8 days at a controlled temperature of 20-24°C in thermo-conditioned stainless steel tanks. Transfer to vitrified cement tanks for completion of alcoholic and malo-lactic fermentation. Filtration and bottling in February.
