TASTING NOTES.
Color: Extremely bright and brilliant, a very warm amber with mahogany and golden highlights
Nose: Spicy, tobacco leaf notes link with ethereal notes of dehydrated dried fruit and marked hints of walnut husk and fig. Extremely recognizable the raw material of origin, the wine, which is expressed in notes of sherry, port and marsala
Palate: Soft, intense, persistent. Candied yellow fruit blends with fruit in spirit and spicy notes of cinnamon, allspice, cloves. Complex notes of freshly dried walnut leaves and tobacco, coffee and maderized fortified wines emerge clearly. Finishing in Amarone della Valpolicella barrels gives a tannic and vinous touch that reinforces the structure and balance of the distillate
