TASTING NOTES.
Appearance: With a very fine perlage.
Color: Golden yellow.
Nose: The nose is marked by a beautiful aromatic complexity, with hints of ripe fruit and spices. Notes of peach and nuances of baked and compote apple are perceived.
Taste: In the mouth it manages to combine structure, persistence and liveliness in a balanced way. The palate is velvety with flavors of pear, brioche and spices, fresh walnut.
PAIRINGS: It is excellent with fish, shellfish and white meats. If uncorked for an aperitif, it becomes special together with parmesan and prosciutto.
FRUITABILITY: To be served at 8/10°C.
