Description: Bollinger PN AYC18 is a cuvée made exclusively from Pinot Noir that aims to express Bollinger's unique vision of this varietal. This new edition AYC 18 explores the unique interpretation of 2018 Pinot Noir from Ay, the main cru of the blend, joined by Tauxières and Verzenay. A particularly early vintage, with first harvest as early as August 13, characterized by abundant yields. Ay gave the wine all the salient Pinot Noir traits associated with this terroir: linear character, length and breadth. Reserve wines aged in Magnum formats then give greater aromatic complexity to a bubble dosed 6 g/lt. This edition features a main cru (oldest reserve 2009) and a base vintage (2018), carefully chosen by Champagne Bollinger. Each new version will be an elegant reinvention of the original cuvée.
