TASTING NOTES.
Color: Bright green.
Nose: Gives off intense aromas of marine scrub, herbs, honey and wild berries.
Palate: Soft and velvety on the palate, delicately sweet with a nice bitter finish where the wild notes return.
DESCRIPTION: Mirto Bianco di Sardegna Zedda Piras, could be defined as the younger brother (perhaps because it is less well known) of the more famous Mirto Rosso. Obtained, unlike the latter, from the maceration in pure alcohol of green leaves, shoots and sometimes berries that have not yet reached maturity.
