TASTING NOTES.

Nose: Delicate citrus aromas, including intense notes of bergamot, enhanced by the freshness of cedar. Perfectly balanced aroma, with floral accents of Roman chamomile and gentian, resulting in a long and complex aftertaste persistence, in which bitter notes stand out

Palate: Elegant, harmonious with lively bergamot, cedar and citrus notes, just hinted at and floral nuances. Lingering palate, on the finish the fresh ripe citrus tones are balanced by slightly bitter and floral spiciness, resulting in a complex finish, long and smooth, with hints of lavender

DESCRIPTION: Italicus is made only with natural, Italian ingredients: bergamot from Calabria; cedar from Sicily; Roman Chamomile from Tuscany; lavender, gentian, yellow roses and lemon balm from Piedmont. The grain base spirit is also Italian. Natural cane sugar is added to it in keeping with the 15th-century tradition.
