Nose: A very penetrating scent of juniper dominates the nose, alternating with scents of bark, forest, bramble

Palate: In the mouth it is balanced, very enveloping, with an important alcohol content and a taste that recalls balsamic, pine cone resin and almond. It closes with a decidedly persistent finish

DESCRIPTION: The liqueur is made by macerating juniper berries that grow in the area, and the high aromatic concentration makes its taste very special and full-bodied. Transparent and bottled in the elegant bottle, Vallombrosa Dry Gin is truly inimitable.
