Description: Etsu Orange Gin This was macerated for 7 days using traditional botanicals such as Japanese bitter orange, juniper berries, licorice root, angelica, and coriander. After steeping, only the gin is distilled without the botanicals, which allows the oils to develop. After the distillation process, fresh water from the mountain spring is added, which gives this gin its fresh flavor.
TASTING NOTES.
Color: Clear and limpid, crystal clear
Nose: The nose is fresh with scents of orange and lemon
Palate: Fresh orange predominates on the palate with a hint of yuzu, making this gin very fresh. The finish is long lasting, fresh and round.
