TASTING NOTES.
Color: Brilliant golden.
Nose: Intense and enveloping, with notes of vanilla, raisins, toasted hazelnut and bread crust.
Palate: Slight astringency due to the long stay in wood is softened by the generous, enveloping body. A little surly like any distillate with strong character. Aftertaste of medium persistence.
Description: Aged grappa, majority Nebbiolo vines, Barbera and Dolcetto. Pomace from grapes grown in the noble territories of Piedmont.
