Nose: The nose presents a broad and balanced bouquet, where vanilla emerges and takes the leading role.
Palate: In the mouth it is firm, round and full with a nice soft and long finish.
DESCRIPTION: We are in front of an elegant brandy, characterized by aging in wooden barrels that enhance the delicate aromatic nuances of the black grapes of origin, such as cabernet and refosco, which give the product its name. Harvested at late maturity, the grapes are expertly processed in what is considered by many to be one of Italy's finest distilleries, from harvest to fermentation and distillation.
