Vinification: A Monferrato vineyards are located on the hilly ridge that runs from Alice Bel Colle to Santo Stefano Belbo via the surprising hills of Mombaruzzo, placed at an altitude between 250 and 400 meters above sea level. A conspicuous part of the soils that give life to our Cuvée are characterized by light limestone marls while the minority part has a strong sandy component. The different microclimates involved in this selection of musts give a complete picture of the expressions of Moscato bianco.
TASTING NOTES
Appearance: fine-grained perlage with great density
Color: Straw yellow color with golden reflections
Bouquet: On the nose a beginning represented by blond notes such as brioche, freshly baked bread, bursts into the classic aromaticity of the grape variety
Taste: On the palate it is enveloping, very rich, long, with a pleasantly evolved finish.
PAIRINGS: To be experimented with without prejudice: in addition to the classic accompaniment with dry pastries dripping with cream, it lends itself to the provocative idea of serving it with blue cheeses or very spicy cuisines.
FRUITABILITY: Serve at 4/6°C
