TASTING NOTES.
Color: Dark mahogany.
Nose: On the nose notes of brown sugar, very pronounced vanilla but also pleasant orange peel, roasted nuts including predominant hazelnuts and an almond that I would call "vibrant." There is no lack of warm chocolate.
Palate: On tasting, it is possible to discern a return of orange that dilutes the excessive sweetness of the brown sugar notes, offering a good balance. Complementing this, presence of cinnamon though not very pronounced, and pleasant note of toasted nuts.
DESCRIPTION: Distillation takes place in ancient discontinuous copper stills "Pot Still" flanked by new column stills. The blend is then blended by the Master Blender who proceeds to cask aging.
