TASTING NOTES.

Color: Bright old gold.

Nose: The initial violent peat aroma surprises on the nose, then yields to follow notes of candied citrus, pepper, caramel, dried fruit, malt, ginger and brackish nuances.

Palate: Surprising on the palate for warmth and smoothness, notes of dried fruit and smoke return overbearingly, ending with peppery ones.

DESCRIPTION: Talisker 10Years Old is one of Diageo's Classic Malts, very popular in Italy it is a peaty and marine single malt with a smoky and malty sweetness. Ideal to drink alone or with a piece of extra dark 90% chocolate , or with some Stilton cheese.
