Vinification: Moscato grapes were harvested at the right degree of technological ripeness and dried in the sun, on special plateaux, for 15 days. The drying resulted in an increase in sugar content and the appearance of aromas such as jam and honey that give this wine considerable complexity. After destemming and soft pressing, fermentation was conducted at a controlled temperature (18-20°C) in stainless steel in order to enhance the aromatic and qualitative potential of the grapes. Aged for approximately one year in stainless steel and an additional 12 months in bottle.

Color: Golden yellow
Nose: Fine bouquet with notes of apricot, jam, jasmine, chestnut honey
Taste: Smooth entry, silky wine, long, accompanied by pleasant acidity
