Color: Brilliant amber

Nose: It is characterized by complex and intense aromas of apricot syrup, dates and spices, reminiscent over all of clove and cinnamon

Taste: It is full and enveloping on the palate, velvety, with dried fruit aromas and a lingering finish

PAIRINGS: Ideal to pair with soft cheeses and excellent to sip as an aperitif. It pairs perfectly with typical Sicilian martorana fruit.

FRUITABILITY: To be served at 14/16°C.

VINIFICATION: Marsala Superiore Riserva DOC from the Vito Curatolo Arini winery is aged for more than ten years in oak barrels.
