Color: Faint straw yellow

Nose: Sweet and seductive, with notes of honey, peach, exotic fruit and mineral nuances

Taste: Juicy, sweet and citrusy, balanced by vibrant freshness and saline and mineral aromatic trails

PAIRINGS: Ideal to drink with aged cheeses, dry cakes and pastries, desserts.

FRUITY: Best served at 10°C.

DESCRIPTION: Kracher's Cuvée Beerenauslese is a great Austrian Muffato, made from late-harvested Riesling Italico and Chardonnay with development of noble rot

VINIFICATION: Late harvest and selection of clusters affected by noble rot. Fermentation in steel for 80% and in large barrels for 20%. Aged for 16 months in steel and large oak barrels.
