Color: Intense amber with light orange hues
Nose: With beautiful breadth and aromatic complexity. Notes of blackberries, cherries and caramel combine with those of licorice and spicy tones where pepper prevails
Palate: Elegant and balanced with notes of ripe fruits such as plum. Vigorous and complex wine with a long and sweet finish
PAIRINGS: Ideal as an aperitif paired with savory pastries and goat cheeses. Excellent with fois gras, duck and with all chocolate and red fruit desserts
FRUITY: Best served at 14/16°C
VINIFICATION: Rozès Special Reserve is characterized by the softness typical of Port Tawny with notes imparted by aging in wood more pronounced, it comes from a careful selection of the best grapes from the Rozès Estate, in the Douro region, one of the oldest appellations in the world
