Vinification: The king of southern Italian grape varieties, Aglianico, meets with piedirosso, locally also called "per e palummo," to give life to a typical and distinctive Amalfi Coast Rosso. Left to rest exclusively in steel, this is a Rosso in which the fruit is enhanced to the fullest, to go admirably with a sip of savory and mineral character, shaped by the calcareous soils on which the vines grow, and the saltiness coming from the Tyrrhenian

Nose: The nose is characterized by notes of morello cherry and light hints of black pepper.
Taste: Balanced and persistent on the palate with beautifully elegant tannins.
PAIRINGS: Excellent with all courses of the land menu, it is best paired with tagliatelle with pork ragout
