Color: Very strong ruby red
Nose: The aromas on the nose are broad and complex, telling of floral aromas and fruity sensations, passing through spicy and herbal nuances
Taste: In the mouth it is rich, velvety, enveloping thanks to the excellent balance. It closes with a long finish
PAIRINGS: Very versatile, it has a structure that goes well with dishes with refined and important preparations. Try it with fresh pasta stuffed with meat, it is also excellent with game and red meat main courses. It is at its best with a tagliata with truffles
