Vinification: It is made exclusively from Montepulciano grapes, hand-picked in the first half of October. After fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel, the wine matures in oak barriques for 12 months and ages for another 12 months in bottles before being released on the market

Color: Deep ruby red with garnet reflections
Nose: The nose opens with a broad and intense bouquet of red fruits, mulberries and spices
Taste: In the mouth it proves warm and soft, well structured, with ripe tannins
PAIRINGS: Perfect with first courses and barbecued red meats, this Riserva is ideal paired with noble poultry and fresh cheeses.
FRUITY: Serve at 16/18°C
