Vinification: It is made mostly from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Sangiovese grapes, harvested and selected exclusively by hand between late August and September. Fermentation takes place spontaneously in open wooden vats and in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. After malolactic fermentation, the wine is aged for 10 months in barriques and for at least 6 months in bottles before being released on the market
