Vinification: de-stemmed and crushed grapes are fermented. The contact between skins and must lasts for about 20 days. Racked is kept in tanks in temperate rooms in order to promote malolactic fermentation. Aged for up to 16 months in Slavonian oak barrels and a portion in French oak barriques.
