TASTING NOTES.

Color: Intense ruby red

Nose: The nose expresses beautiful fruity aromas reminiscent of currant and cherry

Taste: Traces of licorice and vanilla open to a warm, soft, long, very pleasant taste. Powerful, fine, it closes with a very persistent finish

PAIRINGS: For the whole meal, it is a great wine for red meats, game, game, full-flavored cheeses, even strong and spicy ones

FRUITY: Best served at 16°C (61°F)

VINIFICATION: A legendary wine, capable of making Calabria and Librandi known all over the world, Gravello represents the union of tradition and territory with modernity. A careful blend of gaglioppo and cabernet sauvignon, vinified in steel and left to mature for about a year in barriques, leads to an elegant and structured wine, deep and with great longevity
