Vinification: True to a classic interpretation, Val di Suga's signature Rosso di Montalcino DOC is a bright red with fresh, crisp fruit. Aged in oak barrels for 6 months, it is expressive, broad, inviting.
TASTING NOTES.
Color: Intense ruby red with garnet reflections
Nose: The nose is expressed with dominant notes of cherry and currant, followed by tones of spice.
Taste: On the palate it is full, soft, silky in tannins and pleasantly balanced.
PAIRINGS: Excellent with first and second courses of meat, it can also accompany cured meats and aged cheeses.
