Description: It is THE CRU of Novare that knows how to give a Valpolicella of superior structure and concentration. On these poor soils, made of limestone easily explored by roots, we get a balsamic Valpolicella with rich hints of cherry and morello cherry accompanied by intense notes of white pepper and dried flowers. A Valpolicella with great balance, tannic structure and persistent sapidity
TASTING NOTES.
Color: Intense and concentrated ruby.
Nose: Rich aromatic framework with hints of fresh red fruit and spices
Palate: Voluminous palate well balanced by acidity, long and satisfying with biting tannins for a savory finish.
PAIRINGS: Excellent with red and white meats, earthy first courses, feathered game, fresh cheeses.
