TASTING NOTES.

Color: Purplish

Nose: The nose is expressed with floral hints, notes of blackberry, raspberry and cherry and hints of eucalyptus, thyme, graphite and pink pepper

Taste: Intense and persistent on the palate, with a finish marked by hints of walnut husk

PAIRINGS: Excellent in combination with meaty first courses, it also goes well with red meats and medium- and long-aged cheeses

FRUITY: Best served at 16°C (61°F)

VINIFICATION: Chianti Classico DOCG "Tenuta Perano" by Marchesi Frescobaldi was born on the hills of Gaiole in Chianti; the elevation, the slope, the exposure and above all the amphitheater shape of the vineyards favor sunshine and concentrate heat, giving the wine an extraordinary qualitative uniqueness, with intense fruity aromas and a wonderful tannic structure permeated with an elegant vibration
