DESCRIPTION: Made with high-quality rums sourced from the Caribbean, Baron Samedi also includes a small amount of Jamaican rum; natural spices, such as cocoa, cinnamon and cloves, are infused into the rum, which is blended with vanilla and an exotic spice taken from Haiti, Baron's native island. Baron Samedì is spicy and versatile, lending itself to being drunk neat, mixed with ginger beer and lime or as a creative blending ingredient
CURIOSITY: Baron Samedi was is the ferryman of the dead, depicted wearing a top hat, black suit, dark glasses and cotton stuffed between the nostrils, representing a corpse ready for burial in the Haitian manner. He was known to be corrupt and dissolute, with a particular fondness for tobacco and rum
