Color: Clear

Nose: Soft and balanced aroma. Light notes of vanilla and wood

Palate: Light, delicate, persuasive, with notes of fruit. Rare complexity and structure for a white rum

DESCRIPTION: Exquisite blend of aged rums, distilled from concentrated sugar cane juice, subjected to slow fermentation. Ron Añejo Botran Reserva Blanca is aged according to the Solera System at 2,400 meters above sea level in oak barrels, original first and medium toasted later, which previously contained American Whisky; finally Botran Reserva Blanca is filtered with activated charcoal, thus losing the amber pigment, but retaining the fruity flavor, with wood notes, characteristic of aged rums.
