TASTING NOTES.

Color: Transparent and crystal clear.

Nose: Exotic bouquet and sensational palate with hints of cocoa beans, dark chocolate, black tea and brown sugar.

Palate: Elements of fresh grass and beans emanate from the center of the palate, preceding an elegant and pleasant finish with subtle notes of caramelized sugar.

DESCRIPTION: Unique white rhum made from pure, fresh sugar cane juice, which spontaneously ferments resulting in an extremely aromatic wine (vesou). This wine is gently distilled to capture the natural aromas and flavors of the sugarcane. Première Canne is aged in steel vats for more than 6 months and its alcohol content is reduced over time through distilled spring water.
