TASTING NOTES.
Color: Amber.
Nose: Opens with deep notes of vanilla, continues with coconut, traces of white pepper and a sweet scent of toasted almond.
Palate: Medium-bodied and elegant. Warm, intriguing, presents a pleasant woody hint, not intrusive but subtle. Presence of very pleasant caramel and ,in the background, traces of butter.
DESCRIPTION: This Grand Reserve, the flagship of a well-trodden gear, is produced from sugar cane molasses distilled and then aged for a period of time ranging from 15 to 23 years, through the famous Solera Method.
