TASTING NOTES

Color: Colorless and crystal clear

Nose: Captures the nose with a fine array of aromas reminiscent of freshly pressed sugarcane and, in rapid sequence, tropical notes of banana, coconut and the more subtle ones of caramel, milk and toast. On the palate, its powerful structure and an enveloping softness emerge

Palate: Smooth, with hints of warm sugar, ripe banana and coconut milk and mineral and white pepper notes

DESCRIPTION: From one of Martinique's oldest plantations (Trois Rivières actually dates back to the mid-17th century, when sugarcane was crushed using the windmills of the time). A blend of 3 different and complementary white rums, Trois Rivières has a sweet and saline character, with hints of warm sugar, coconut milk and pepper
