TASTING NOTES.

Color: Very intense amber.

Nose: The nose is distinctly characterized by notes of dried apricot, caramel and jammy figs, along with clear sensations of sweet spices such as cinnamon, cloves and vanilla.

Palate: The taste is rich and balanced, round and warm, with numerous hints of raisins and candied citrus peel, in a very long persistence of caramel and nutmeg.

DESCRIPTION: Known for its intense and persistent flavor, it received a mention from the Venezuelan government because of its two-year aging in barrels used for aging Bourbon. It is precisely this passage that gives it the typical color and smoothness that has made it famous throughout the world.
