TASTING NOTES.

Appearance: Soft, supple mousse with good persistence.

Color: Straw yellow, with greenish reflections.

Nose: Fresh, rich, elegant, fairly persistent and of medium intensity. Hints of white-fleshed fruits, with hints of tropical fruits; light spicy nuances.

Taste: Great freshness and pleasant acidity, smooth and balanced. Final hints of citrus fruits.

PAIRINGS: This is a wine recommended from aperitif to the whole meal; it excellently accompanies some typical Franciacorta dishes, from casoncelli (stuffed ravioli) to lake fish (perch and char). It enhances without ever overpowering the flavors of the dishes it accompanies, based on rice, pasta, white meats, seafood fish, fresh or medium-aged cheeses.
