TASTING NOTES.
Appearance: Soft, creamy mousse and a very fine perlage
Color: Straw yellow
Bouquet: The nose expresses beautiful notes ranging from the delicacy of yellow fruit to candied citrus, from short pastry to hints reminiscent of sugared almonds
Taste: In the mouth it is balanced, engaging, characterized by a marked acidity and an excellent freshness that well contrast its natural softness. It closes with a beautiful finish, of excellent persistence
PAIRINGS: Soft and engaging, Berlucchi's '61 Satén is a great aperitif Franciacorta, the perfect accompaniment to a plate of mixed salumi from the Lombardy tradition
