Description: Afresh, zesty and citrusy sparkling wine, extremely pleasant, versatile and contemporary, with a fluid and immediate drinkability. Made in the best vineyards of the appellation, from chardonnay and pinot noir grapes harvested in late August/early September, to ensure proper ripeness and perfect concentration of varietal aromas and flavors. Vinified in stainless steel, after cuvée preparation, the wine is bottled and undergoes a second refermentation, according to the Metodo Classico. This is followed by aging on the lees for at least 24 months and resting for about 60 days after disgorgement.
