Appearance: With a very fine, crackling perlage.

Color: Bright straw yellow with enveloping golden highlights.

Nose: The nose is reminiscent of candied citrus peel and white flowers that serve as a prelude to darker, roasted notes of coffee, leather, tobacco and spices.

Taste: Taste fresh, savory and perfectly harmonious.

PAIRINGS: Excellent with aperitifs, sliced meats and pizza, it is ideal paired with fish dishes, sushi and shellfish.
