Description: A pleasant and versatile sparkling wine, the Berlucchi Franciaforta Demi Sec Cuvée Imperiale comes from the best vineyards of the appellation, from chardonnay and pinot noir grapes harvested from the second decade of August to the first of September, where the vinification is made by soft and progressive pressing of the bunches with fractionation of the musts. Finally, preparation of the cuvée in the spring following the harvest, with the addition of 10% reserve wines from the best vintages.
TASTING NOTES.
Appearance: Soft, abundant mousse with fine, persistent perlage
Color: Straw yellow with slight greenish reflections
Bouquet: Ample and appealing, delicate, pleasantly enhanced by notes of pastry, acacia flowers and linden
Taste: Lovingly sweetish, round and harmonious, supported by good acidity
PAIRINGS: Ideal with desserts, pastries, leavened pastries, fruit or jam tarts, fruit salads.
