Taste: Great freshness and pleasant acidity, smooth and balanced. Final hints of citrus fruit
PAIRINGS: This is an advisable wine from aperitif to the whole meal; it excellently accompanies some typical Franciacorta dishes, from casoncelli (stuffed ravioli) to lake fish (perch and char). It enhances without ever overpowering the flavors of the dishes it accompanies, based on rice, pasta, white meats, seafood fish, fresh or medium-aged cheeses.
