Description: Riserva Millè is a Franciacorta Riserva Brut from Cantina Villa Crespia, made from 100% Chardonnay grapes, grown at the estate vineyards owned by the Muratori family. It is produced exclusively in vintages in which Franciacorta Millè stands out for its undoubted quality, and therefore a small number of bottles undergo longer aging. At disgorgement, top-up is carried out by the addition of a small portion of shipping syrup.
TASTING NOTES.
Appearance: Fine and persistent perlage
Color: Straw yellow
Nose: The olfactory notes are reminiscent of ripe fruit, citrus and spices
Taste: Well-balanced on the palate and marked by freshness and savoriness.
PAIRINGS: Excellent with appetizers based on sliced meats and cheeses, first and second courses based on fish and shellfish.
FRUITY: Serve at 6/8°C
