Description: Italian and organic gin produced in Alta Langa, on the border between Piedmont and Liguria, Engine is composed of juniper, lemon and sage, considered the digestives par excellence according to Piedmontese tradition. Distillation takes place at a very cold temperature and in a vacuum, using a state-of-the-art rotary evaporator that allows the extraction of all the aromatic components without damaging the raw material
TASTING NOTES.
Color: Clear limpid and crystal clear
Nose: The nose expresses fragrant, mouthwatering scents of lime and orange blossom for a refreshing burst of citrus. In the second line come gentler tones of almond milk and dried apricot with vanilla and white pepper in the background
Palate: Taste of character, incisive in citrus and rich in memories of ripe fruit and green tea leaves
