Nose: On the nose as well as in the mouth, it is distinguished by woody and spicy notes, in a succession of cloves, cinnamon and incense, along with slightly bitter nuances of rhubarb
PALATE: Full-bodied and complex vermouth with a rather long roasted finish.
DESCRIPTION: Rubino is the combination of a percentage of Nebbiolo Langhe DOC along with aromatic extracts of herbs including Italian holy thistle, spices and woods including red sandalwood from Central Africa, aged in traditional oak vats. The result is a Vermouth of remarkable structure, produced in the Piedmontese tradition.
