TASTING NOTES.
Color: Amber to the eye
Nose: The nose offers a complex and pleasant bouquet of vanilla and citrus fruits, followed by hints of herbs such as rosemary, thyme and oregano
Palate: The palate reveals a well-structured and rigorous body, with a slightly sweet flavor, masterfully balanced by bitter ones. Long and persistent finish, on notes of ginger, vanilla and rhubarb
DESCRIPTION: For its production, Antica Torino uses as many as 13 herbs (wormwood, gentian, aloe, rosemary, vanilla, rhubarb, thyme, caraway, bay leaf, ginger, gingers, oregano and grapefruit), which macerate in 96-degree alcohol for a period of 30 days. Then they are combined with a blend of cane sugar, muscat must and trebbiano wine, placed to mature in steel tanks for 45 to 60 days. Only then is the vermouth filtered and bottled, where it rests further for another 30-45 days
