TASTING NOTES.
Color: Amber yellow.
Nose: Warm and enveloping aroma of woods, balsamic and mentholated reminiscent of pharmaceutical blends of the past, balanced by absinthe, bitter orange and vanilla.
Palate: Full, smooth flavor derived from aging in oak barrels is gradually overpowered by balsamic and menthol notes that result in the bitter yet soft aftertaste of rhubarb and gentian, assisted by the musk sugar and slight tannin acquired over the months of aging.
DESCRIPTION: It is the only vermouth in the world that is created from 100 percent Italian white and red wines, with flavoring given 100 percent by vegetables and produced in-house that matures for six months in small oak barrels.
