TASTING NOTES.
Color: Faint straw yellow
Nose: The nose is enveloped in a cloud of lemon, apple and custard, with hints of smoke on the finish
Palate: The palate is sweet and smooth, moderately peaty, with a fairly persistent finish that insists on smoky notes
