TASTING NOTES.
Color: Muted amber yellow
Nose: A note of hazelnut cream, butter and barley malt develops in the mouth. Well balanced with a palate of toffee and cut green apple
Palate: In the finish still the buttery notes of a shortbread cake and fruit. To conclude
light traces of tobacco with a sweet touch of honey
Description: Distilled in 1989. Limited edition Natural Cask Strength. Uncold filtered;
no added water. Sourced from a now-closed Speyside distillery. This
bottling is the longest in the life of the distillery, which was founded in 1975 and closed in 1993. Used first and second use American Ex-Bourbon oak barrels.
