Color: Golden yellow
Nose: Medjool dates are initially noticeable on the nose, which is joined by hints of charcuterie and pineapple. Vanilla fudge later emerges along with red apple and ripe oak notes.
Palate: The palate is dominated by hints of stewed red fruits that are complemented by Demerara sugar and lemon zest. Rich smoky notes give way to milk chocolate and subtle scents of black pepper.
