TASTING NOTES.

Color: Bright antique gold.

Nose: Surprises the nose with the initial violent aroma of peat, then yields to follow notes of candied citrus, pepper, caramel, dried fruit, malt, ginger and brackish nuances.

Palate: Surprising in warmth and smoothness on the palate, notes of dried fruit and smoke return overbearingly, ending with peppery ones.

DESCRIPTION: Produced in the only distillery on the Isle of Skye, this Single Malt is known to all for its intense peat aroma and its characteristic almost saline taste, created by blending distillates from selected casks of different styles and ages, a revisiting of a great classic that encapsulates strength and elegance.
