Description: The distillation phase makes use of a total of 6 stills, to be precise 3 wash stills and 3 spirit stills. Another ingredient of fundamental importance is the water used, which comes from the Clynemilton Burn, a river that flows over mineral rocks. At the end of processing, once the Single Malt is obtained, the Whisky is transferred to oak barrels for a full 14 years. After this slow maturation, the product is finally ready to be bottled and placed on the market
