TASTING NOTES.
Color: Amber
Nose: Soft, with elusive but unmistakably maritime top notes of crisp edible seaweed, crystal salt and coarse black pepper on a wooden trench, perhaps accompanied by lightly smoked white fish fillets
Palate: Very soft, smooth and enveloping in texture, the taste is fruity and slightly citrusy, balanced by a hint of salt on the mid-palate and an insistent but never intrusive spiciness of freshly charred barrels. The effect is lush and vigorous, with a great balance between the crisp wood spices and the fresh, fruity character of the distillery
